Rebuilt the product around canonical physical geometry and a bottom-left floor origin. Replaced global x-sorted gaps and summed-width coverage with row/column-aware gaps and bounding-box coverage.

Known limits
The current auto-layout is a deterministic fit search, not an aesthetic optimiser. Obstacles are axis-aligned rectangles. Artwork images use a cover preview rather than crop editing. Project sharing is file-based; there is no cloud URL. A hardware-ready map still depends entirely on accurate user measurements.
